We offer our services through a secured platform wecounselcom as a way of minimizing the risk of security breach. Of course, online therapy has a unique concerns as compared to traditional face-to-face therapy. We work to overcome these concerns by utilizing the most trusted names in online therapy platforms.
Exceptions to this privacy policy as with all mandated reports include situations of child abuse and endangerment, homicidal or suicidal behaviors and threats, and in rare cases when client records are subpoenaed by a court of law. This is governed by state laws.

If you determine you want to submit for reimbursement it is your responsibility to do so. Although, we will provide you with the appropriate documentation upon request.
