Teens sometimes have difficulties with expressing themselves verbally, so we often notice troublesome behaviors. Teens sometimes become difficult to communicate with and they often seek guidance from their peers instead of the parents/guardians. Therapy for a teen is a great way to bridge the gap between a teen and parent. The teen will be seeking help from a competent adult verses a teen who is likely facing similar problems. The therapist will work with both the teen and the parent to help them reconnect in a more meaningful way.
