I’m Sober, Now What?
This group therapy is for people with a dual diagnosis of mental health and addiction. It offers support, guidance and education to help prevent relapse. It teaches new ways of thinking and coping with sober life. This group was developed for people who want more cross talk than AA/NA meetings, need additional meetings outside of AA/NA and people who have recently graduated from an IOP, who enjoyed the group dynamic. It resembles Smart Recovery, although we are in no way linked to Smart Recovery, by utilizing insight, CBT and supportive feedback.
Every Thursday 7: 00pm – 8:15pm
